Oracle Change data capture

Can Anybody who has implemented oracle change data capture share experience? I want the following details:-

1) which of sync /hotlog async/autolog async cdc was implemented?
2) What was the database version?
3) What was the size of database
4) any pitfalls or common error which need to be taken special care of.
5) the client for which it was implemented?

Any pointers to case studies related to oracle Change Data Capture are welcomed.
