The migration is manual , using 'startup migrate'. The block size on
Oracle 8 is 8k and in Oracle 9i db_block_size can have values like 4k,
8k, 16k, 32k depending upon one parameter accepted from user. I am not
using import and export utility. Is the error 'ORA-00209: control file
blocksize mismatch' related to changing db_block_size during migration?
