Hi all,

With my oracle installation I open SQL*Plus and type show parameters. A huge list appears of all sorts of wierd and wonderful things.

I will for the moment be working with the defaults, but I would like to know (or be able to look up) these from time to time.

I have looked at doc.oracle.com and tahiti and I also googled, but can't seem to find what I'm looking for.

Any pointers, tips, hints or references appreciated.

Paul...
