Oracle 9i Intermedia HTML Indexing

I've been trying for some time now to find documentation to be able to index an HTML document but ignore the TITLE tags. I know that it automatically ignores the script and link tags but how can I tell it to ignore TITLE tags in the header. What I want to achieve is to not have oracle highlight text within the title tag. Is there some directive I'm missing or something?
