Creating an oracle view into Active Directory using dblink

I would like to create a view in oracle that ultimately performs an LDAP query against Active Directory.

I assume the best way to do this is using a DBLINK.

MS SQL Server can do this with a linked server and an OLE-DB Provider for Active Directory.

Is there a similar technique for Oracle?
