Hi Gecho,

Don't mess with unfinished backups.

And if you are not intimate with RMAN and you're being responsible for backup of a production system...get intimate. Now.

Anyway, a level 1 backup will pick a level 0 backup of the missing parts. So the answer to your question is yes. For safety, do a "crosscheck backup of database;" before the level 1 backup.
