Next paragraph:
Commercial purposes include any activity engaged in for the purpose of directly generating revenue or in support of activity that generates revenue or in conjuction with or as a replacement for elements of Big Brother Professional Edition.
In other words, if you are charging someone to use your bb or trying to get away with not paying for something you agreed to, that is a commercial purpose. If you are just monitoring your stuff, that is non-commercial.
Of course, IANAL. And Quest did give me a free t-shirt once.

-- @home.com is bogus. An unemployed sql-server programmer named Xeno gets a job painting road lines on the highway. The foreman comes to him at the end of the day and asks "How much did you paint?" Xeno answers, "About four miles." "That's twice the average, good job," replies the foreman. The next day Xeno paints two miles. On the third day, he paints only one mile, so the foreman asks why his work keeps decreasing in miles. Xeno replies, "I keep getting farther from the paint bucket."Received on Mon Feb 28 2005 - 17:46:16 CST
