Installation/configuration is identical as RHEL 3, unless you are looking to take advantage of certian 2.6 kernel enhancements the existing docs should be applicable.

I tested 10g on RHEL 4 beta 1 and beta two, didn't encounter any installation or configuration problems... Oracle seems to have finally got the installer fairly reliable, much much much improved over 9i. In fact, using the quick install guide we had a newbie admin get it up and running the stock database in about 15 minutes on RHEL 4.
