Try to export data into flat files with fast export tool like
fastreader from  wisdomforce: www.wisdomforce.com . Fastreader will
also create loaders for sqlldr.



Fastreader is really fast and efficient in extracting huge oracle
production  tables into ascii text files. and it supports Oracle from
version 8 until recent 10g
