Accessing table list in GUI envorinment suddenly slow

Hi,



We are running 9iR2 and starting yesterday, when we use Toad or other
graphical tools ( like DBArtistan ) and click on the table list or
procedure list ( or function list, for that matter ), it takes up to
10 seconds to return. Before today it used to return almost right
away. If I run stored procs or sql statements, the system seems to be
at its normal speed. Anyone have seen this before ?
