Error 3221226324 Problem with threads in oci.dll?

Hello there,

I am running PHP on Apache2 / Win2003 / Dual Processor

Apache crashes frequently with the following log entries:

[Thu Jan 27 13:47:23 2005] [notice] Parent: child process exited with
status 3221226324 -- Restarting.
[Thu Jan 27 13:47:26 2005] [notice] Parent: Created child process 2228
[Thu Jan 27 13:47:28 2005] [notice] Child 2228: Child process is
running
[Thu Jan 27 13:47:28 2005] [notice] Child 2228: Acquired the start
mutex.
[Thu Jan 27 13:47:28 2005] [notice] Child 2228: Starting 250 worker
threads.

In other Newsgroups I read that it may have to do with the Oracle Library (any versions from 8i to 10g) not being thread-safe on Windows.
