What Morgan says is incorrect. I am the one who made the original post in
comp.databases.oracle that Morgan is talking about, with the same subject as
this thread. It was the same post I made in this newsgroup (that started
this thread). It simply quotes the IBM website and provides a link without
any editorial comments by me.
