How can get the number of dirty buffers in the buffer_cache?
I am trying to find out how many dirty buffers the DBWR is writing to
disk as the fast_start_mttr_target setting.
How reliable is the DIRTY_LIMIT in the V$MTTR_TARGET_ADVICE?
