Hi all,

According to the documentation, ALL_ARGUMENTS holds the available parameters for procedures.

It has two columns for DEFAULTs - but they are "reserved for future use".

However, the DEFAULT clause is supported when creating a procedure.

Where does this information get stored, besides ALL_SOURCE?
