What is the goal of your testing? Its easy to consume 100% of cpu or memory on either of these platforms. If your evaluating these platforms for your application, figure out which metrics (cost per transaction, even response time under load, total throughput, processor scalibility, etc) you are concerned with and create a test that is geared towards those metrics.
