Oracle/VB: dbgrid32.ocx not loaded

I try to open the VB example projects from Oracle 9.2.0.1.0, with VB 6.
But this does not work: There occurs error message
"...oo40\VB\SAPLES\EMP\DBGRID32.OCX not loaded"



Everything else works, is this a control from Oracle library missing, or
from VB?


How can I fix this?
