The owner:group of any database file should *always* be equal to the
owner:group of the software. Do not even DARE to think about creating
a database using a different user. Also: where in the docs did you
read this is actually an option?
Also, evidently, do not get creative with owner and group memberships
of password files. It doesn't work!!
