ORA-12560 Error, Oracle 8.1.7 on WinXP Pro, pls help..

Hi All,



I am installing Oracle 8.1.7.0.0 personal Edition on WinXp pro 2002.



After Installation, When I try to login from SQLPlus , I got this error
:


ORA-12560 : TNS Protocol Adapter Error.



I have tried, TNSPing and LstrCtl STATUS, both are OK.
What could be the problem ?
