Depends on your app, data, backup procedures and desires.

It sounds like you have it in hand, if the stated assumption is correct. Many apps are expressly written to be loadable from a user export.

Remember also that the export is a logical backup, so has different uses than a physical backup. One use is to get a small amount of data out of a previously kept export.

As far as full, there may be some things that you are not using now that you will in the future that are only in non-user schemata. Are you sure there aren't any now?
