"I saw it in a book" is not, in itself, sufficient justification - especially if it is in a book about Oracle, most especially if it is in a book about how to pass OCP.

"I saw it in a book which justified it with the argument that ... " is a way of presenting information which may be sufficient to convince your audience that the original author had a valid point. It may be a way of letting your audience know that the author's comments aren't relevant to their situation. (It may also be a way of letting the audience know that the book may not be worth reading).
