need run scripts after upgrade to Oracle 9206 from 9201

Hi All:



My database is Oracle 9201. For security reason, I recently apply
patchset to Oracle 9206.



Metalink 214887.1 only refer "This document describes the process to
upgrade an existing database instance running on Oracle Enterprise
Edition versions 7.3.4, 8.0.6, 8.1.7 and 9.0.1 to a version 9.2.0
patch set."



I am wondering whether I need to run utlrp.sql, catproc.sql and
catalog.sql after I start up my database using Oracle 9206, or there
is other steps to finish this update.
