10g browser based DB administration (port 550)

After 10g installation a browser pops up and allows for some administrative tasks like instance start/shutdown etc.

I wonder and got no clue so far (could not operate the interface in a senseful way) what the dual login means. The second row is clear to me: SYS as SYSDBA with the newly created password (during installation - sys/change_on_install seems now forbidden for all times - tried to set it to no avail :)

But what is the BS User ID? (BS is not the buzz word BS , it seems to stand for Betriebssystem User ID , OS user ID).

I tried the domain administrator with password - no success. Another user is not known to me, and doesn't exist on that machine either.
