Using dbca and RAC with 9.2.0.5

Trying to create a new database on a 2 node cluster stalls, using dbca,
after specifying the global name and SID prefix.



The global services daemon is running on both nodes.



No error messages are reported.



What should I look at to troubleshoot this.
