That is why I found this article very useful and appreciate effort of authors.
It seems your role here is to defend this paper even when it is clearly demonstrated to be shallow and incorrect. What is your relationship to the authors? What is your actual experience with both products?
I think a little bit of disclosure here might shed a new light on this thread.
