No, because in Oracle you don't create databases "in" anything... and certainly not in an instance. An instance is just the set of memory and processes which access and manage a database. And an instance can only ever open and manage ONE database.

Don't invent acronyms, especially when they conflict with ones already in use. The term SID has a well-established meaning (as in "ORACLE_SID", the environment variable, where the SID bit means 'system identifier').

Now I'm lost. You don't want to use DBCA and you don't want to run a script... how do you want to create a database then? Telepathy?

All databases are created by the 'create database...' SQL command. You either construct that command using a nice GUI front end (i.e., DBCA), or you sit there typing it in the hard way, at the command line, in SQL*Plus. There are no other choices, really.

What is it you don't like about either of them that sees you seeking an alternative mechanism?
