Hello,



before using sqlplus with sqlplus /nolog set an oracle_sid variable
with set oracle_sid=SID (SID=choosen SID for your instance). Within
sqlplus try sqlplus> connect / as sysdba  then.
Please ensure that you are member of the os group ORA_DBA and also
check sqlnet.ora and set sqlnet.authentication=(NTS)
