Re: Complex Object Retrieval doesn't work

No Jim, I'm not using bind variables neither arrays. I used a very simple C program using OCI. My attempt to use OCCI was terrible 7 times slower, 20 times roundtrips.
I have only to extract data from db, so I just Pin refs to get referenced objects. I don't lock anything.
I set prefetch rows to 1000 and prefetch memory to 10Mb. Monday, I'll be in office and I'll be able to send you a simple testcase. I can't believe that Oracle put a lot of emphasys about something that doesn't work, but I wasn0t able to find a working example. Have you ever succeded in using COR ?
BTW, how many people you know are using Oracle object extensions ?
