Yes; get a paid support contract, hire support to get them to run DUL (Data UnLoader). Maybe they will, as DUL does not officially exist.

BTW; you never export a data file, you export data. Any chance you have a full export lying around somewhere, without you realizing it? And full is a keyword that the export utility uses.
