Yes, it looks "like" operator problem is fixed in 9.2.0.5. Another
(possibly related) problem with Oracle 7 OCI is probably fixed there
as well. Problem is that 9.2.0.5 is not trusted in my environment.
There is fear from data corruption problems and instability. Anyone
can comment on that? We tried 9.2.0.5, but abandoned it because of
ora-600 dumps on some queries.
