You only upgraded to 9.2.0.5, what about 9.2.0.6 :)

I normally set my parameters as follows:

PGA_AGGREGATE_TARGET = 50 M It makes it a lot easier to read and thus prevents mistakes such as having an extra digit which may cause you to allocate 524288000 instead of 50 M.
