Well, actually, you are known here as someone who suggested someone truncate their table to make it read only. And not one iota of irony or humour was indicated at the time. So, if you live in a glass house...

He is no colleague of mine. He misleads and his technical knowledge is out of date and flimsy. And I try extremely hard to not be any of that.

Please. Get off the super-sensitive soap box. Use your eyes: look at the man's own corporate logo!!!

Then, try to stop being so sensitive, and discuss the real issue here. Which is his claim that being asked to prove anything he asserts is "beyond stupid".
