Don't try to find this book at Amazon.com. Not only does "Beginning PL/SQL Programming" not produce the book the following query does't either.

"Howard Rogers" and "Kyte" which returns:

Our Musicals, Ourselves: A Social History of the American Musical Theater by John Bush Jones (Paperback)

• Excerpt from page 56 "... the Moonshine" with lyrics by Howard Rogers and music by Robert Hood ..."
See more references to "Howard Rogers" and "Kyte" in this book.

And when you click on the link takes you to a page that states:

"No reference to "Howard Rogers" and "Kyte" in this book:"

I'm going to have to talk to my friends over at Amazon tomorrow morning. Not one of their proudest moments.
