History of Oracle 10g

Hello,

Thanks to the folks who answered my question regarding moving a system datafile.

I searched (Both google and Oracle's Website) for a document describing the history of Oracle 10g (When it was first released as beta, when it was first released for general use, etc..), but I was unable to find anything.

Could somebody please point to a link containing that information?

Also, does anybody have any hesitation about recommending Oracle 9i, as opposed to 10g, for a small Data Warehouse (20GB to 30GB, no ERP, strictly Oracle) running on Win2003?
