login to multi schema database with a redirect (?)

We have several test instances where we would like to convert the test databases into multiple schemas in one instance. This would save on the number of servers we have etc.

I have exported the databases and imported them as test1, test2, test3 schemas.
What we are looking for now is the ability for the user to log in and be 'redirected' to the appropiate schema depending on some log in parameter.

I am not even sure what questions to ask at this point.

Any ideas.

We are using oracle 9i on windows
