Of course. The question is can you start the database and query the tables?

If yes then what stops you from creating the indexes and control files?

But based on everything else in this thread ... I would advise you to find someone that knows what they are doing to help you and give you some training.

And please stop cross-posting this to every usenet group you can spell. The only group where this is relevant is c.d.o.server.
