Many things:
- 8.1.6 is among the worst mistakes Oracle ever made.
- 8.1.6 is unsupported and 8.1.7 will begin desupport in Dec.
- Why do you think changing init parameters has anything
to do with your stated goal?
- Keep doing what you're doing any your resume will render
you unemployable.
