Oracle 9ias Server

We are trying to proxy an Oracle 9ias server behind a standard Apache
2.0 server.  We have added the mod_proxy and the mod_proxy_html
modules and can proxy the main page, but when it comes to loading the
jinit portion, the progress bar just sits there as if there is some
kind of authentication issue.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
