No, there is no such command/query.
Keep in mind that some/many parameters can be changed "on the fly" after the DB has started which could complicate matching existing parameter values to any file. Also keep in mind that for newer versions of Oracle the initSID.ora is deprecated & replaced by SPFILE Received on Fri Oct 08 2004 - 09:13:54 CDT
