Sorry no the libclntsh.sl.9.0 is the target libclntsh.sl is the link (permissions were not changed)

Dunno Bill what's the complete email?

I found a couple hits in metalink but didn't look like exact matches this may be a new thing where it depends on having combo that includes hpux, Oracle Programmer, 9.2.0.5, the security alert patches, and people using the 32 bit pieces parts.
