Not quite ...

In [10g] _Standard_ Edition, you can enable database grid via RAC, allowing up to 4 CPUs to be used in any combination {1 server x 4 CPU, 2x2, 1x2 + 2x1, 4x1} AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

True in Enterprise though :(
