STATSPACK: high Rollback per trans, but no rollback activity

All,

I had a statspack report with high Rollback Per Trans:   Rollback per transaction %: 99.49

But other rollback activities look not that bad:

  rollback changes - undo records a  0      0.0    0.0
  transaction rollbacks              0      0.0    0.0
  user rollbacks                 4,887     13.3    1.0

I have no idea why and how to resolve the problem of high RPT. I would appreciate any assistance that give the steps to go further, or any clues I can try.
