measuring oracle transactions

Hi all,

I want to measure oracle (11i) on a regular base doing the same transaction (inquiry on the same item or something like it) every few minutes.
Is there any tool to automate and reproduce transactions on a screen measuring the start and end time of each transaction?

I had one once (veeeery long time ago) on 10.7 but want to monitor on a 11i platform now.
