Dave, did you find out whether it was your limited memory causing the problem?

I have an identical problem on a machine with 512MB installed - Oracle 10g installs OK but gives exactly the same errors as you show above when trying to create a database. I have tried tweaking everything I can find, from shared memory limits to inst.ora parameters and I still get the same errors. Received on Mon Sep 27 2004 - 06:25:57 CDT
