ecause of SOX some of our clients wish to use the coporate standard of Active Directory to authenticate users on HP-UX and Solaris Oracle servers.

I have read some on Enterprise users and Roles as well as the OIDSYNC in 9.0.4 IAS.

When I talk to Oracle or search for documenation it is very fuzzy!

Basically I would used AD and OID to authenticate users. OID would sync up with AD daily. Oracle says OID should set in the middle in case AD is fried.

Anyone done this? Received on Sun Sep 26 2004 - 18:25:59 CDT
