Migrating W2K to RHEL

Hello,



We want to upgrade our 9i to 10g, and during this we would like to 
switch the OS from W2K server to RedHat Enterprise Linux 3 ES.



Does anybody has any experience with this? I mean we made things like 
this before, but the only working solution to do the OS switch is the 
import/export, which is very slow. Is there any tricks or techiques to 
speed up this process, or somebody know any other solution?
