Basically the way I like to remember it:

Oracle9i AS 9.0.2 implements J2EE 1.2
Oracle9i AS 9.0.3 implements J2EE 1.3
Oracle9i AS 9.0.4 implements J2EE 1.4

The actual implementation of the J2EE spec is, of course, done in the OC4J component. Many of us look at 9.0.3 as only an OC4J-related upgrade [patch] as none of the 'Enterprise' components really changed.

The correlation between J2EE and JSP versions is up to you <g>
