I think there is a SQL*Proxy from Gauntlet that would help.
Otherwise don't do it, change the architecture.
The problems are that oracle listeners redirect ports number and some
firewalls do not handle that well.
That is, you cannot just open port 1521 aside from the DoS, which will most
certainly follow, the firewall
has to be able to handle the hand-off the oracle listener makes to another
port.
