What is your "local"? Windows 98 PC? Are the fmx files on your Linux server? If not, I'm confused.

It's funny you're using ienative as your config section name. Anyway post that section in your forms90/server/formsweb.cfg.

I think "config=ienative/form=cadastre" in your URL should be "config=ienative&form=cadastre".
