Release Rollback Space

Hi Guys,



I had Digital Apha with Window NT 4.0 and Oracle 7i, data in the rollback
back segment can't auto release the table spaces.
I have try the kill session in order to release and reboot the server,
however there no existing session in the oracle and cannot release spaces.
Please Help
