Please verify whether 9.2.0.1 is actually certified for Win 2003. IIRC there is a special edition of Oracle for win 2003. I wonder why people still think they can upgrade their O/S without verifying their own sw will still run on it. MS has a very bad track record for building not downwards compatible O/Ses
